Yes, we can accede to your request. Kindly note that additional costs for postage and wrapping of your items may be required.
To track your order, kindly refer to the tracking reference provided in your Order Shipped email. Click on the right tracking link in the email and track your order accordingly.
This will apply in the below situations. For items which are currently in someone's shopping cart, the status of the item will be reflected as "Temporarily Unavailable".

We do open preorders and restock our products. Should you be interested in an unavailable item, kindly leave your email in the waiting list for that item. There will be a notification sent to you once the item is restocked and available for your purchase. Preorders are done when the item is not available at time of launch.
Kindly note that restocks are depend on various factors such as the availability of fabric, the demand for the item and the current on-going trends.
Hand-washing in cold water is recommended for all products, especially for items with intricate details such as lace, crochets, embellishment, this is so as to maintain the products in prime condition. Do not: soak, use excessive detergent, use bleach, iron on prints and embellishments.
Before washing, turn your garments inside out.
Separate your laundry into groups with similar colors – whites, darks and colors. To avoid color runs, always rinse your item in cold water.
Low to Medium heat ironing is advisable for all products except those that have silk, satin and chiffon content. We would recommend steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).
To avoid any color transfer, avoid wearing denims/suede items will light colored items/accessories for the first few wear. Color may also transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.
For jewelry and accessories products, it might tarnish when exposed to air for prolonged periods. Avoid contact with perfume for jewelry and accessories as well.

We understand the importance of confirming your correct size, thus the sizing guide for every item can be found in the 2nd tab at left hand description box. We try to keep all measurements true to each garment received, but do allow for slight discrepancy (up to 2cm) as every piece is constructed by hand.

Store credits are applied to your account and act as cash. However, it has an expiry date and must be used within 3 months from date of issue. Once you have received the store credit in your account, it will be automatically used to offset your next order with us, upon Checkout. If there is an outstanding amount after deducting your store credit, you will be directed to make payment via Paypal.
Upon checkout, kindly choose your preferred payment mode. It should lead you to a separate window of the payment service provider. Kindly complete the payment transaction before closing all windows. Upon successfully payment made, you will be directed back to our website.

Yes, payment for delivery is required for every order, unless you opt for Self Collection. However, we do have postage promotions from time to time, so do sign up to be notified.

Yes, self collection is available at our flagship store at the VainGloriousYou Boutique at 42 Haji Lane level 1. Kindly note to await for the email notification that will be sent to your email, that will notify you that your item is ready for collection, before coming down to collect your item.

Store credit acts like cash, and is a refund made to the customer’s account on VGY online upon the receipt of a return item. However, it has an expiry date and customers have to use it within 3 months from the date of issue. When you make your next online order with us, it is automatically deducted from the final amount of that order.
A promotional code is usually a discount off your order, for a limited time period. We offer special priviledges using this method from time to time, and sometimes, will surprise our valued subscribers & customers with this too! Unlike store credit, it has no cash value and you will have to input this code into the specified discount field to apply it to your order!

Exchanges & Returns
