Return & Exchange

 

Exchanges 

We do allow size exchanges for our merchandise, except for sale items, accessories and intimates.

Kindly note that exchanges are based on online stock availability. 

Exchanges will be provided for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) and purchased directly from us. 

All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and undamaged, without any postage labels. 

Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be declined.

Kindly refer to the below steps to facilitate the exchange process:

1)    Email request for exchange has to be done within a week of receiving the item.

2)    Item(s) must be mailed back to us within 10 business days (for local orders) or 20 business days (for international orders).
For local orders, you can deposit it in our shop as well, with our acknowledgement after you have emailed us.

3)    Exchange form should be included with the item, and all fields have to be filled up respectively. For the exchange form, kindly click here to download it.

4)    If the stock is available, we will assist to send the right item to you once the return item(s) is well received by us.
If the stock is unavailable, we will assist to do a store credit arrangement for you upon receipt of the return item(s). Kindly note that store credits are valid for 3 months upon date of issue. 

* All shipping fees to be borne by the customer and the customer has to mail out the exchanged item(s) via a trackable mode of delivery.

Exchanges are not valid if the parcel is not received by us. VGY is not liable for any lost mails via normal postage.

Returns

VGY understands the importance of being satisfied with your purchase. Returns are valid for our merchandise, except for intimates and accessories. Items under sale are not valid for returns. Kindly note that each customer will be allowed up to 3 returns for store credits. Once you have maximized your returns, you will be advised to book an exclusive fitting session with us, so that you attain your ideal sizes in your desired items.

Defective/Incorrect Item

Kindly note that an item is defective if there is a manufacturing fault or if the item is vastly different from how it is portrayed in our website. As every item is manufactured by hand, there is a risk of human error and there may be a 0.5-0.8 inch difference in measurements provided. Additionally, due to differing monitor settings, there may be slight discrepancy in color/print in the photo and the item received.

In both cases, these differences do not account as defects.

If it is a valid defect, we truly apologize for this oversight on our end and would promptly rectify this error.

Kindly follow the below steps to alert us, before further advice is given.

1)    Email us 1-2 photos of the defect or incorrect item and 1-2 photos of the product with original tags attached

2)    State your name, order number and description of the error

For defective or incorrect items, there will be a reimbursement of the postage amount (for the customer to return the item) paid via store credit.
