By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below.
VGY reserves the right to make amendments to any policy or terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.
In the event of any dispute, VGY reserves the right of final decision.
VGY accepts payment through Paypal and credit card payment by major credit cards. For further information on payment, kindly click here.
Request for cancellation of order will be declined if any form of payment has been made.
Cancelled orders cannot be reversed.
Prices stated for each item are not inclusive of mailing charges. Price of postage includes handling fees as well. For further information on delivery, kindly click here.
VGY is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details at the "Review Order" page before confirming the order.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Singapore).
For any return mails to VGY, customers will be contacted via email.
Unless it is an error on our part, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
Returned parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as VainGloriousYou's property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been afforded to the customer.
Uncollected Self Collection Orders
Self Collection orders that are unclaimed after 6 months will be deemed as VainGloriousYou's property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been afforded to the customer.
Promotional codes & Store Credit
To use the promotional codes or redeem your store credits, please select coupons during check out. Your order summary will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.
Promotional codes & store credits issued can only be utilized by the account holder unless otherwise stated. They are non-transferrable in nature.
Store credits is valid to a maximum period of 3 months from the date of issue. If it is not utilised within the given timeframe, the amount will be forfeit.
The value of each individual store credit has to be utilized within one transaction, any remaining amount will not be refunded.
Promotional codes & store credits cannot be used for sale items.
For accuracy of items, do refer to measurements stated. UK sizing indicated are used as a gauge only.
For printed items, do allow for slight variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement.
Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.
Defective & Incorrect Items
We truly apologize for mailing you a defective or incorrect item.
To facilitate an exchange due to incorrect/defective item received, Do kindly email to our customer care at email@example.com with a snapshot of the defect and a detailed description. Please refer to here for more information.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are allowed for all merchandise except for items on sale, accessories, intimates and accessories. All exchanges done are based on stock availability.
Returns and exchanges will be provided for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) and purchased directly from us. All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and undamaged, without any postage labels. Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be declined.
All returns and exchanges must be mailed back with a traceable mode of delivery, within 10 working days (local orders) and 20 working days (international orders).
For local orders, it is recommended to facilitate the exchange or return over at our boutique.
VGY will not proceed with the return or exchange request if the parcel did not reach us and is not liable for any parcel loss during the transit. Please click here for more information on the procedure.
VGY will not be liable should you purchase our merchandise from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.
All prices of sale items are deemed final and are non-negotiable by VGY.
Unless there are defects on the sales items, sale items are strictly not exchangeable.
Giveaways / Contests
All giveaway & contests conducted by VGY are open to Singapore customers only, unless stated otherwise. VGY reserves the right to amend the terms of contests without prior notice.
